Dentistry has always been Yash’s first love; he is often known to eat, sleep, and breathe dentistry.


Patients often recommend their friends and family to see Yash, due to his calm mannerism making patients feel extremely at ease. He is always reading and enrolling in new courses to fulfil his ambition to further his dental knowledge. It is this quality that also makes Yash a great foundation dentist trainer; his trainees love learning new techniques and procedures from him.


Yash is keenly interested in Restorative Dentistry and is currently enrolled in courses to tackle tooth-wear and full mouth rehabilitation. He has completed the UK-Brazil residency course from the Perio-Implant International and Advanced Horizontal and Vertical Bone and Soft Tissue Regeneration by ASHA. He has also completed Comprehensive Hard & Soft Tissue course by Rob Oretti, and Sinus Elevation course; and is also trained in dental sedation.


Yash adores his little girl, who is his absolute world. Outside of dentistry, his passion lies in cricket and he plays every weekend for a local club.

BDS PGDip Clear Aligners

Shivika (or Shiv, as everyone fondly calls her) is the Co-Principal and Clinical Director along with Yash. She is a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated professional who desires to offer her patients the best all-around care and make them feel at ease.


Shivika had always been keenly interested in Orthodontics, which fuelled her desire to become a leading Invisalign® provider. She is currently a Platinum Invisalign® provider and has successfully treated over hundreds of patients to achieve their desired smile. She keeps herself up-to-date with the latest technology, constantly pushing herself to get familiar with the innovations in dentistry.


She is also a foundation dentist trainer and enjoys teaching young budding dentists the regulations of working within the NHS. They look up to her for professional advice and as a friend and mentor to guide them in various aspects of their journey.


She has completed her PG Cert in Dental Education and completed a year-long Diploma in Clear Aligners with Bolton University to further enhance her Clear Aligner knowledge.


She is a mother to an adorable little girl and enjoys spending time with her. She enjoys travelling, reading, dancing, and eating out.

BDS(Edin) MFGDP(UK) DPDS FICOI MCGI

Raghu graduated from Edinburgh University Dental School in 1991 before joining the Royal Air Force, serving for 18 years in a variety of posts, both at home and overseas, including operational tours in the Falkland Island, Iraq and also helping the international effort in identifying victims of the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami in Thailand 2005.


On leaving the Royal Air Force in 2009 Raghu joined Bridge Dental Surgeries. He regularly updated his professional skills having gained a number of postgraduate qualifications and maintains a keen interest in root canal treatment, using an operating microscope to help achieve a high success rate. He is also very interested in cosmetic dentistry and regularly carries out treatment plans to restore dental implants. He completed the General Dental Councils’ ‘Core Requirements for Dental Implants’ and achieved the Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 2010.

BDS Lond 2001

Angela qualified from Guys Hospital in 2001 with the prestigious Saunders Scholarship. Following two years practice in Brighton, her adventurous spirit took her to Australia where she worked as a dentist in private practice and also fulfilled her passion for sport by becoming a scuba diving instructor.


Angela has completed the training required to provide Invisalign orthodontic management and routinely takes referrals from her fellow dentists at Bridge Dental Surgeries. She is also fully trained to provide single-visit Cerec crowns. Angela returned home to be near her family and loves being a part of the team at Bride Dental.


She travelled to Papua New Guinea to offer dental services to those that have no access to dental care as part of the charity ‘YWAM’. This was her second trip, her aim is to try to return every year to help those in need as much as possible. Angela’s well balanced lifestyle encompasses skills in all aspects of general dentistry besides being a competitive sportswoman and loving mum to her son and two little Jack Russells.


The needs and well-being of the patients visiting Bridge Dental surgeries are foremost for Angela.

Ismael graduated from Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary. He started his foundation training in Northampton where he developed a keen interest in oral surgery and complex extractions. He continued his passion for dentistry by embarking on a Masters pathway in Bristol in implants, offering patients implants as a gap replacement option. Ismael also travels to different private practises, providing implants and restorative work.


He has also completed numerous courses on aesthetics and restorative dentistry, ensuring to maintain a high level for his patients. He is an experienced Invisalign provider, straightening teeth, offering whitening and helping patients achieve their dream smile.


Ismael has also completed further training in Cerec, providing same-day crowns for his patients. He is also travelling to Copenhagen 2024 for an international conference in digital dentistry.


Outside of dentistry, Ismael enjoys travel, sports and has been competing in Taekwondo tournaments since 12. He has recently started CrossFit and enjoys keeping active outside of work.

Dr Pav joined Bridge Dental Surgeries in July 2024.


Dr. Pav earned her BDS from King's College London in July 2018 and is dedicated to providing ethical and patient-focused dental care. She focuses on comprehensive diagnosis, ensuring effective care and long-term outcomes for the treatment she provides. Passionate about facial aesthetics, she's enrolled in a Level 7 course with Harley Academy and is a registered provider of Obagi skincare. She's a member of prestigious organizations like the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and The Aesthetic Complications Expert Group World. Dr. Pav holds a BSc in Pharmacology with distinction from King's College London, winning the Ginsburg Prize for best pharmacology student. Beyond dentistry, she values personal well-being, enjoying Pilates, fitness, and travelling to explore diverse cultures.

Naehali graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012. She completed her vocational training as part of the London Deanery, however she then spent 5 years in Yorkshire where she worked in General Practice and took on a position at the University of Leeds as a Clinical Teaching Fellow in Restorative Dentistry teaching undergraduate students. Since 2017 she has settled in High Wycombe with her husband to be close to her family.

She is dedicated to postgraduate training and has successfully passed her Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS). She has completed a 1-year Advanced Restorative Dentistry course with Paul Tipton at Tipton Training and has also completed a 6-month training position in hospital in the oral surgery and maxillofacial department. Most recently she has completed a Diploma in Periodontology with this being a special interest of hers.

Naehali has an interest in Restorative Dentistry, specifically the Periodontal and Restorative interface (gum and tooth interface) and is able to use all her skills and training to help her patients achieve a functional, healthy and beautiful smile. Naehali creates plans not only treating teeth but emphasising prevention and spending time with patients tailoring plans to each patients’ specific needs and working around any anxieties they may have. Her goal is always to provide the best possible care tailored to each individual patient.

Outside of work Naehali enjoys spending time with friends and family and is always partial to a good documentary series. She used to swim competitively however she now uses swimming as a way to relax and keep fit.

Baha Bagdadi qualified in Turkey in 2001. He has worked as a Lieutenant Dental Officer in the Turkish Air Force before coming to the UK to practice.


He has been working in the oral surgery speciality for over ten years in London units and Oxford University Hospitals.


Currently he works at Stoke Mandeville Hospital as a Speciality Doctor and educational supervisor for training posts.


Baha attends Bridge Dental on Tuesdays to carry out oral surgery and Implant procedures and uses our 3D radiographic scanner and intra-oral scanner to provide minimally invasive surgical procedures to place implants using guided surgery.

Dr Kuljeet Mehta is registered by the General Dental Council as a specialist in Periodontics.


He is a highly experienced periodontist who was educated at one of the finest dental schools in the nation: Queen Mary’s School of Medicine And Dentistry, University of London. He works part-time as a specialist clinical teacher in the Department of Periodontology Guy’s Campus at the King’s College Hospital Dental Institute in London.


Dr Mehta is a member and fellow of all relevant professional societies, including The American Academy of Periodontology, The British Society of Periodontology, European Federation of Periodontology, International Team for Implantology, The Association of Dental Implantology UK, a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh UK.


Your regular dentist has referred you to us because you have a serious problem with your teeth or gum that you need to have solved. We strive to provide the highest quality of periodontal care in a warm and caring environment. Over the years, Dr Mehta has helped thousands of people obtain healthy, beautiful smiles.


He uses the most up-to-date methods to ensure you get the best possible treatment. These include advanced periodontal reconstruction and regeneration, cosmetic periodontal surgery, bone regeneration, single, multiple implant placement and rebuilding before osseointegration of dental implants. His corrective treatment methods are cutting edge with a particular focus on implant dentistry. The treatment of gum disease around implants is a very important part of the services he provides. Other services include treatment of gum recession.


He is a great believer in a systematic approach for periodontal treatment and so involves phased treatment to ensure that each level of gum restoration is sound and healthy before he superimposes other solutions.


Dr Mehta’s interest in the aesthetic appearance of teeth is integrated throughout his treatments. He also only recommends options that have durability and a long-standing future. Sarah works at Bridge Dental Surgeries every other Wednesday.


Sarah qualified with honours in 1985 from University College Hospital Dental School, London. She then worked as a House Officer in General Dentistry at University College Hospital Dental School. In 1986, Sarah travelled to the United States to further her studies and left the University of Maryland with a Certificate in Advanced General Dentistry in June 1987.


On her return to England, she worked at a number of hospitals as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including the Eastman Dental Hospital, London & St Marys Hospital in Paddington. During this period Sarah gained her Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1991.


Sarah began her specialist training in Orthodontics in 1992 at Guy’s Hospital, London and the Royal Berkshire Hospital, Reading. She was also a visiting lecturer in the Speech Therapy Department at the University of Reading. Following three years of postgraduate study she gained a Master of Science in Orthodontics from the University of London in June 1994 and her Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in June 1995.


Sarah regularly treats both children and adults using traditional metallic, ceramic, (tooth-coloured) and invisible lingual braces. In addition, Sarah became certified to use the Invisalign® Orthodontic system in May 2003. Sarah is certified to use the Incognito® lingual brace in 2009 and WIN® lingual brace in 2015. Sarah is fully qualified in the administration of wrinkle reducing injections since 2004. She is certified to treat facial wrinkles in the upper and lower face and to use Restylane® and other dermal fillers in 2007.


Sarah lives in Ascot, Berkshire, her daughter, Maeve, is a pharmacist and her son, William, is studying at Edinburgh University. She has two dogs that she walks daily in Swinley Forest and is also a gym instructor in her spare time.

Annette is a patient-focused dental professional with a keen interest in preventative, cosmetic and aesthetic dentistry, skin ageing, facial aesthetics, digital media and business development. Utilising a full window of opportunity with her patients for optimum holistic health outcomes.


Working within Dentistry for over 10 years Annette prides herself in providing an optimal service of preventative and restorative care and thrives to support patients in a skill mix model as part of a team and on her own initiative.


A challenge has been the perception of a ‘dental therapist’ in both a public and professional arena and Annette is keen to change this by providing information and education to the public and her peers. She is trail blazing for dental therapists and is able to provide preventative and restorative services to clients ensuring your oral health is optimised and maintained.


Annette also enjoys supporting colleagues with innovative and forward-thinking presentations and public speaking UK-wide on the utilisation of dental hygienists and therapists in practice.


Annette is based in the Peak District momentarily but will be reliably commuting due to other commitments close to Marlow and will be available to assist our patients in their oral health services alongside our incredible team of clinicians with a view to relocate in the longer term.


Her hobbies include walking, being outdoors, working out regularly, article and content writing and spending time with family and friends.

Maxine joined Bridge Dental Surgeries in 1988 and qualified as a Dental Nurse. After a small sabbatical she returned to the practice in 1996 when she became the Practice Manager.


She has extensive experience in managing a dental practice and she ensures the practice runs efficiently with the emphasis in providing the best in patient care and experience.


Maxine is always available to answer any questions you have about the practice and the treatment options available.
